Deleting a reading when the “Delete reading” button isn’t available (for example, if you opened it in another browser).
Finding out what data we hold about you, correcting or deleting it.
Bugs on the site, mistakes in the texts and ideas for what to add.

If your question is about a particular reading, include its link: that’s how we find it.

We don’t do personal readings or interpretations by email: all of that is on the site.

We usually reply within a few days, and to requests about personal data within 30 days at the latest.
